How do I place an order?
We have a large range of standard and popular themed designs available on our website. You can checkout directly and select your date and time of collection or delivery.

How much is it to customise a cake?
The price will depend on the size, design, and flavor. Kindly provide all the details / requirements so we can provide you with a quote 🙂
How long in advance must I place my order?
We recommend 2 weeks advance order for customised items – this is only a guide and will be based on complexity and subject to available slots. Chat with us on whatsapp to check! Website items require less lead time, 2-4 days, subject to availability.
I need a last minute cake. Is it possible?
Yes! We do have an express checkout option (cut off time is 5pm for next day). Surcharges apply. For urgent queries (even same day), whatsapp us!
Are you halal?
Yes! We are happy to announce that we are now halal certified, as of 26 December 2024 🙂
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! For ala carte items, we have volume discounts automatically calculated once added to cart. If you are making a purchase of more than 100units per item, you can liaise with us via WhatsApp (91764560) instead. We also offer wholesale pricing for cafes and discounts for mass corporate gifting. Speak with us 🙂
Will the cake come exactly as shown in photo?
While we try our best to follow the designs closely, items are handmade so please expect a slight variation. The final look also largely depends on the size of cake chosen, and options selected. Please read the item description carefully to find out what elements are included.
Do you offer cake tasting?
We don’t provide cake tasting service, but we do retail cake slices, petite whole cakes, cupcakes, macarons and other dessert off shelf at 41 Opal Crescent, 328428 (open daily)
How do I place an order for a corporate cake?
To customise a cake, reach out to us via Whatsapp to discuss. You can send over reference photos or requirements for a quick quotation.
Does your company allow e-invoicing / payment via vendors @ gov / GEbiz?
Yes we are a GEbiz registered vendor
What kind of cakes do you use?
We have 3 types of cakes: Fresh cream cakes, Buttercream cakes, Fondant cakes.
Fresh cream cakes are made with chiffon sponge with chantilly cream. They should be kept refrigerated and are best served cold.
Buttercream cakes are more stable for use with fondant decoration. Cakes should be cold for safe transportation. If refrigerated, thaw in cold aircon temp (18-20deg) for around 1 hour (depending on cake size) as it will be hard when cold.
Fondant cakes are coated in ganache and fondant. If you do have to refrigerate any cake with fondant decoration, make sure to take it out to a COLD aircon temp (18-20deg) only. Sudden change in temperature may disfigure the fondant.
Can I customise a cake design but with a fresh cream cake?
Yes, if your design can be done fully with cream. If you need fondant elements or intense cream colors, we will recommend to have an outer coat of buttercream and the fresh cream cake within. Do note that heavy fondant figurines are not recommended to place on fresh cream cake. Fresh cream cakes are also not suitable for leaving on display.
Do you have allergen friendly options?
Yes we do! You may consider our vegan and gluten free standard range, or Whatsapp us to customise cake designs. We also have nut free flavors available. Do note we cannot guarantee no traces as the kitchen handles other items with nut / dairy / gluten. This is just a disclaimer but we do wash thoroughly between each use 🙂
Can I request for low sugar?
Good news! All our items are reduced sugar. Our fresh cream cakes contain very little sugar and is most suitable for those who prefer less sweet.
Can I choose 2 flavors for my 2 tier cake?
Yes you can. Surcharge will apply if you opt for 2 different premium flavors.
Does the color affect the flavor / taste of the cake?
Intense (vibrant or dark) colors will cause staining. If you would like to avoid this, please opt for lighter / pastel colors.
Are all decorations on the cake edible?
Besides cream and fondant, we also use toys, faux flowers, and cardstock for decoration. Straws / skewers / wires may be used for support and to prop decorations up. Please remove them before serving.
How much is your delivery?
- Full day delivery 9am-6pm, $10
- Flexi delivery, $20. Choose from 10am-2pm / 12-4pm / 2-6pm
- Short window delivery, $35 (minimum 1hr slot between 9am-7pm)

Do you deliver to Hotel / non-residential area?
Delivery to hotels and places without on-site parking offering a grace period (including but not limited to MBS shoppes, convention center, one fullerton, and 1-Pavilion) will be to the lobby only. You can arrange for the concierge (if any) to receive it on your behalf, or meet the delivery driver at the lobby.
We can deliver to offices, but if there are any security protocols that deny unencumbered access (eg. require change of pass), you will be required to make prior arrangements to have it handed over in the lobby instead.
We do not deliver to parks / beaches / within army camps / dormitories / schools / marinas / yachts / airports international free trade zones / any other controlled areas / along Sentosa beach walk. But you can meet the driver at the car park, or drop off point.
Can you do multiple deliveries?
Yes! If you would like to send gifts to each client, staff, or loved one, reach out to us via Whatsapp to check on the bulk delivery fee. We are able to offer better rates for flexible arrangements (e.g. deliveries spread across a few dates) and/or more stops.
What if my items are damaged?
For delivery bookings made with us, we will guarantee the delivery. This means that any unforeseen damages to the cake during delivery can be brought back to the shop and rectified as soon as possible, provided damage is informed to the driver on receipt. Please make sure that you check the cake when you receive it as we are not able to take responsibility for any damage after handover.
Can I arrange my own delivery?
Yes, however we cannot be liable for any damages by 3rd party delivery. Please arrange car delivery only, as damage with bike delivery is common.
Can I make changes to the cake design after I place an order?
For changes to the design, please contact us via Whatsapp so that we can advise and provide a quote accordingly. Items on the website will be made as per the item description. Any changes to the order are subject to approval and additional charge, if required.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are generally not allowed after order is placed. Where advance notice is given, we may allow partial refund as store credits, in the form of a coupon code. Strictly no cash refunds will be made.
Can I postpone my order?
We may allow postponements provided a minimum of 4 days notice is given. Do note that free delivery / coupon discount use will be void.
