Who can join the Corporate Partner Programme?
Registered businesses, organisations and event companies (including event planners) that order with us regularly. All applications are subject to approval.
How do we apply?
WhatsApp us at +65 9176 4560 with your company name, company email, company size (no. of staff) and estimated monthly spend with us. Once approved, we’ll set up your Partner login under your company email.
How do we get the Partner discount?
Log in with your company account before you order. Your Partner pricing is applied automatically to eligible items — no promo code needed.
Does Partner pricing combine with volume discounts?
No — Partner pricing replaces our volume discounts. It starts at 10% off, which already matches or beats our volume discounts (up to 10%), so Partners always get the better rate.
Which items are not discounted?
Dessert tables, Last Minute / Next Day items, gift cards, delivery and surcharges. Planning a dessert table for your company? WhatsApp us to ask about Partner rates.
Can more than one person in our company order?
Yes. Your team shares one Partner login under your company email, so every order counts toward your company’s spend.
Do Partner accounts earn reward points?
Partner accounts get Partner pricing instead of reward points. For personal orders, join our Loyalty Rewards Program to earn points.
What are the Partner tiers?
- Partner — 10% off, minimum spend $1,000 every 3 months
- Partner Plus — 15% off, minimum spend $2,000 every 3 months
- Partner Elite — 20% off, minimum spend $3,000 every 3 months
How is our spend counted?
Per 3-month period, starting from the date you join. It counts website items (incl. GST) after refunds, plus any custom orders arranged with our team. Delivery and surcharges don’t count.
How do we move up a tier?
Automatically. As soon as your spend within one 3-month period reaches the next tier’s minimum, you move up.
What happens if we don’t meet the minimum spend?
Partner Plus and Partner Elite accounts move down one tier. Partner accounts go back to regular pricing, and return to Partner pricing automatically once they reach the minimum again within one 3-month period.

How do I place an order for a corporate cake?
To customise a cake, reach out to us via Whatsapp to discuss. You can send over reference photos or requirements for a quick quotation.
Do you accept wholesale / bulk orders?
Yes! For website items, Corporate Partners get 10–20% off, which already matches or beats our volume discounts. For custom items, or more than 300 units of one item, WhatsApp us and we’ll quote you separately.
Does your company allow e-invoicing / payment via vendors @ gov / GEbiz?
Yes we are a GEbiz registered vendor.
