Birthday treats: add your birthday in My Account before your birthday month starts. If it’s added during your birthday month, your treat starts the following year. Bronze birthday treats start after your first paid order. Terms apply.
How It Works
1. Sign up or log in. Every $1 you spend earns points, and every 200 points gets you $5 off.
2. Move up. Spend $500 in 12 months for Silver, or $1,000 for Gold. A thank-you gift is waiting each time you move up.
3. Keep your tier. Your tier lasts 12 months, counted from the 1st of the month you reach it, with a new thank-you gift each year you keep it.
4. No codes needed. Your rewards sit in your account. Just tap Use in your cart.
5. Refer a friend. Share your link from My Account. When a friend’s first order is $50 or more, you’ll both get $5 off your next order.

1. Get your link. Find your personal link and code in My Account.
2. Share it. Copy it, or send it straight to WhatsApp. Your friend can also type your code at checkout.
3. Enjoy $5 each. Once your friend's first order is completed, $5 goes into both your rewards, valid 3 months. Refer more friends to collect more $5s, one per order.

How do I join The Frosted Chick Rewards?
Register or log in on our website. Every member starts at Bronze, and your orders count towards Silver and Gold automatically.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is based on what you’ve spent with us in the past 12 months: $500 for Silver and $1,000 for Gold. Website orders and personal custom orders (ordered with the same mobile number as your account) both count, excluding delivery fees, surcharges (such as next-day) and gift cards. You move up the moment you reach a tier.
How long do I keep my tier?
12 months, counted from the 1st of the month you reach it. For example, if you reach Gold on 17 October 2026, you’re Gold until 30 September 2027. At the end, we look at what you spent during those 12 months: $1,000 or more keeps you on Gold, and $500 or more keeps you on Silver. Reach a higher tier at any point and you move up straight away.
Do custom orders count?
Yes. Spending on personal custom orders counts towards your tier qualifier (though custom orders don’t earn web points). Orders billed to a company, or bought for corporate purposes, don’t count. To make sure it’s captured, please order your custom cakes with the same mobile number as your website account.
I’m ordering for my company. Is that part of Rewards?
Company and corporate orders aren’t part of Rewards. They’re looked after by our Partner programme instead. Find out more on Our Partners.
How do I use my rewards?
There are no codes to enter. Log in, add items to your cart, and tap Use under “Your rewards” in your cart or at checkout. You can use one reward per order: a discount, your birthday treat, a free gift or a free delivery. Free gifts can also be ordered on their own, for self-collection or with delivery at the usual charge. Rewards can’t be used together with coupon codes, and free-delivery minimum spends count what you pay, not your reward.
How do I get my birthday treat?
Add your birthday in My Account before your birthday month (it can’t be changed once saved). Your treat appears in your rewards on the 1st of your birthday month and is valid for the whole month. Birthday treats can’t be used with coupon codes, but you can still use your points. Gold’s free 6″ standard cake can be a 6″ fresh cream, 6″ Short or 6″ standard buttercream cake. You can top up for a bigger size; flavour upgrades and other add-ons are charged as usual. Birthday treats aren’t valid for our personalised design range.
How does Gold’s free delivery work?
Gold members get 2 free full-day delivery vouchers every membership year, each covering the Full-Day delivery charge (up to $10). They can’t be used for other delivery windows.
Do my rewards expire?
Thank-you gifts are valid for 3 months. Birthday treats are valid during your birthday month. Gold’s free deliveries are valid for your membership year.

Subscribe to our newsletter and you’ll automatically receive an email with more details. Only applies to your first website order.
How do I use my points? / Why can’t I use my points?

Will my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 18 months 🙂
How does refer a friend work?
Share your personal link or code with friends. When a friend makes their first order with us of $50 or more (excluding delivery), you’ll both get $5 off your next order in your rewards, valid 3 months.
Where do I find my referral link and code?
Log in and go to My Account. Your link and code are in the “Refer a friend” box, with buttons to copy the link or share it straight to WhatsApp.
How does my friend use it?
They can open your link (we’ll remember it for 30 days), or type your code in the “Referred by a friend?” box at checkout on their first order.
When do we get the $5?
Once your friend’s order is completed (delivered or collected), the $5 goes straight into both your rewards. Just tap Use in your cart on your next order. The $5 counts as your one reward for that order. If your friend checked out as a guest, their $5 is added when they create an account with the same email.
Who counts as a new friend?
Someone who hasn’t ordered with us before, on our website or as a custom order. You can’t use your own code.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes, there’s no limit. You’ll get $5 for every friend whose first order qualifies.
